Bheem Foundation Promotes Educational, Charitable and Social activities at Village, Gram Panchayat, Town Area & City Level by creating group of members for different activities. Bheem Foundation invites applications for Various Positions at District, & Block, Village Panchayat Levels across Country from eligible Candidates. Upper Age Limit for all candidates are 40 Years. As per govt norms 05 Years Age relaxation applicable for eligible candidates of reserved categories & Ex Defense Personnel. All hiring will take place on ‘First Come First Serve basis'. Interested Candidates may apply for the openings given below. Within 15 – 20 Working days after successful submission of application form, candidates will get the Interview schedule. After Interview, Only Shortlisted Candidates will be called for selection & further proceedings.

Notice -
1. For all categories of candidates, from post number one to three, one hundred fifty rupees and post number four to seven will be paid three hundred fifty rupees. This fee is the tuition training amount.
2. This application is completely from the foundation, not any government, which aims to bring awareness to education in rural areas.
3. The process of selection will be considered as the final decision of the members of the Foundation, there will be no interference from anyone.
4. All officers will do social work in full. The Foundation shall have the right to secure that any member may be removed from the assignment without any reason. The member cannot file any suit in the office under any circumstances.
INTRODUCTION OF BHEEM FOUNDATION:-
Bheem Foundation is registered as a social organization from the Government of NCT New, Delhi. It is a national lining organization. Whose registration number is DL56619851178928S.
OBJECTIVE OF BHIMA FOUNDATION:-
The Bheem Foundation works for the upliftment of all the people of the society, education, healthy security and self-employment to reach the people. This Foundation initiates equality in the society by providing education and self-employment to the underprivileged and backward tribes in the society. To fulfill this objective, the Foundation has taken up the task of setting up Bheem Gyanwadi Center on the Gram Panchayat lining.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ESTABLISHMENT OF BHEEMGYANWADI CENTER:-
1. The total number of Bheemgyanwadi center in each district is 50.
2. Each Bheemgyanwadi center will be opened at Gram Panchayat level, which is required to have 10 centers in one block.
3. Bheemgyanwadi center has a provision of opening 1 center in each gram sabha in which the number of beneficiaries at one center is 150, if the number of reasons is not fulfilled, and then 2 gram Sabha will be added to the number of 150.
PROGRAMS CONDUCTED AT BHEEMGYANWADI CENTER:-
1. The coaching class will have to be given to a student from nursery to 5th; this coaching class will be in two shifts, the attendance of the children will be determined on the basis of ten, by Bheem Block Education Officer and Bheem Education Worker and Bheem Sahayika. The number of students to be taught will be 50. There will be a test exam at the end of every month to bring modern quality in the children. And by passing quarterly, half-yearly, annual examination, successful candidate will be given a certificate.
2. The number of online students preparing for the competitiveness test will be 30, the successful student will get a certificate in the examination.
3. The number of beneficiaries of girls / women sewing embroidery and Beautician etc. will be 50. After training, the successful beneficiary in the examination will get certificate and self-employment opportunities. And the entrepreneur will be linked with self-employment by getting a loan from the bank.
4. Self-employment training to migrant laborers: Spice industry, LED bulb industry, incense sticks industry, incense sticks industry, etc. will be trained for self-employment of migrant laborers through industry. In which the number of beneficiaries will be 50. The entrepreneur will be free to choose his business; after training the foundation will help the entrepreneur to get loan from any nationalized bank for self-employment. With which the entrepreneur can earn an estimated 15 - 20 thousand rupees per month by applying industry.
5. Bheem Kisan card LIC Micro insurance of up to 50,000 rupees by making a card, and one can avail 30% discount on purchase of goods from Bheem gyanwadi center, and transfer their children to any center and avail education.
FOLLOWING ARE THE ADDITIONAL DIPLOMAS / COURSES CONDUCTED BY BHEEM FOUNDATION:-
1. Yoga Teacher Training Diploma, DYT /PGDYT Course 1 Year / 2 Year Qualification 12th Pass Fee 1500 Rs. 1 Year Diploma 2000 Rs. 2 Year Diploma Exam - In December / June.
2. Nursery Teacher Training / Primary Teacher Training NTT / PTT Course 1st Year / 2nd Year Qualification 12th Pass Fee 1500 Rupees 1 Year and Second Year 1500 Rupees Examination - In the month of May.
3. Art Teacher Diploma IGD Bombay Art Course 1 Year Qualification - 12th Pass Fee Rs 1500 Exam – September.
4. Advance Computer Diploma ADCA/DCA Course 1 Year Qualification - 10th / 12th Pass Fee Rs.1000 Exam - June / December Month.
Note-
1. All the above courses will be conducted in the nearest school / college.
2. For all the above mentioned diplomas / courses, it is necessary to tell the registration number to the Foundation online, only then your admission will be ensured. You will also have to submit the fees online.
MANUALS AND FEES FOR STARTING THE PROGRAM:-
1. In order to start each center, it is mandatory to have 15 beneficiaries including all in the first month. Whose member fee will be Rs. 1200 per beneficiary this fee will be charged once.
2. If for any reason the beneficiary is unable to pay the fee at one go, then in that case the number of beneficiary is 30. Whose member fee will be Rs 600 per beneficiary. This fee will be charged 2 times.
3. If for any reason the beneficiary is unable to pay the fee at one go, then in that case the number of beneficiary is 60. Whose member fee will be Rs 300 per beneficiary. This fee will be charged 4 times.
4. All the above Bheem Education workers (BSW), Bheem Education Assistant (ABSW), Bheem Block Officer (BSBA) will have to meet 10 persons every day. In which the quantity 15 has to be entered from all the programs.
THE CHART THAT FOLLOWS:-
⇰ 1 worker will meet beneficiary for 1 day X 10 =10 beneficiary.
⇰ 3 workers will meet beneficiary for 1 days X 30 = 30 beneficiary.
⇰ Out of 900 beneficiaries, only 15 beneficiary targets have to be given at the center in the first one month, which are the details of the member fees as follows.
⇰ Rs. 1200 per member fee for 1 year.
⇰ In 30 beneficiaries, the member fee per beneficiary is Rs. 1200 for 1 year, which the beneficiary can pay in 2 installments.
⇰ In a 60 beneficiary, the member fee per beneficiary is Rs. 1200 for 1 year, which the beneficiary can pay in 4 installments.
⇰ If the membership fee is 100 per beneficiary, then the number of beneficiary is 150
Note-
Based on this, the salary will be released to everyone on the 10th of every month by the foundation.

Appointment of officer and work-wise post wise:-
Bheemsiksha Karkatri (BSW)
1 Bheemsiksha work style (BSW) and Bheemsiksha Sahayika are required to come sewing rigorously.
2 children from raw nursery to 5th have to be taught
3 Bheem Gyanwadi Center: All students / students will have to reach the desired home.
stitch The stitching time for girls / women is strictly prohibited according to the presence of the beneficiaries and the girls program workers
Bheemsiksha Sahayika and Bheemsiksha Working Hours will have to go to their Gram panchayat on Sunday and holidays and communicate with parents and inform their workers and register benefits
Bheemsiksha Sahayika (ABSW)
1. Bheemsiksha Sahayika (ABSW) will have to do her work by staying with Bheemshiksha Karyaktri (BSW)!
2. If Bheem Education is unable to visit the center due to any reason, it takes light, then in that case it will be compulsory to go to Bheemsiksha Sahayak Kendra and teach children!
3. Bheemsiksha Sahayika, if there is a failure in coming due to any reason, then it is necessary to inform the block Bheem Education Officer one day in advance! If the non-payment is done, the job can be lost or the salary can be deducted, this decision of the Bheem Education Officer and District Bheem Education Officer Will is right.
4. Bheemsiksha Sahayika keeps friendly treatment with children and parents, work will be do.
5. Bheemsiksha Sahayika and Bheemsiksha work will be a reason to go to your Gram Panchayat on Sunday and holidays and communicate with the parents! And you have to inform the workers and register the beneficiaries!
Bheem Marketing Officer,
1. Bheem Marketing Officer Center opens daily or not, the block will have to report daily to the Bheem Marketing Officer. If the report turns out to be false, then Bheem Marketing Officer can be taken for disciplinary action.
2. Under the Bheem Marketing Officer Daily Deposit Crafting Scheme, accounts of 5 people will have to be opened every day, which will open an account of Rs 10 to Rs 100 per day, for a period of 1 year.
3. Account holders can take a loan at the rate of 2 percent interest after 6 months and the transaction can be done on any action.
4. The consumer can withdraw his deposit at the rate of 3% interest on completion of 1 year period.
5. Bheemkisan card will be made, whose member fee will be 100 rupees, people can also add it in the name of BheemKisan Card. Farmers will also get the benefit of new facilities with this card.
6. Micro Savings, Jeevan Mangal, Jeevan Maghur, etc. plans for those who are living below poverty line in rural and cities through micro insurance operated by Bheem Marketing Officer, Government of India LIC, this facility is only insured for 40 rupees per month Is for people living below the poverty line.
7. The task of making all the programs of the Foundation reach the people will be for all the officials, whose benefits can reach the people.
8. Center to be opened and beneficiaries have to be registered.
Bheem Education Block Officer,
1. Bheemshiksha block officer will have to set up 10 centers in each Gram Panchayat by selecting Bheemshiksha Karyakatri and Bheemshiksha Sahayika.
2. It will be mandatory for the Bheem Education Block Officer to visit 2 Gram Panchayats in at least 1 din and inspect the center.
3. It is mandatory for a Bheemshiksha block officer to open 10 centers in his block.
4. The study material will have to be brought to the block from the district and the foundation's program will have to be delivered to the people.
5. If required, a meeting will be held with the officers and employees of the village head and secretary, block and notice will be given to the Bheem District officer by writing the work of newspapers.
6. Bheemshiksha block officer will give self-employment training of migrant laborers at every center once a week.
District Bheem Education Officer,
1. Interview of District Bheem Education Officer Bheemsiksha Education Officer, BSW, Bheemsiksha Education Assistant, ABSW, and appointment with the help of Bheem Mandal Education Officer, BMEO
2. District Bheem Education Officer Block Bheem It will be mandatory to go to each block with education officers and establish at least 10 centers in one block.
3. District Bheem Education Officer will ensure that 50 centers have been opened in my district or not and membership fees are being deposited or not, this will be your target.
4. It will be compulsory to deposit the membership fee of your district every month by depositing the membership fee of Bheem Foundation, and then the salary of all the officials of your district will come by the 10th of the month.
